About Payton

Hello! My name is Payton and I am a senior attending Occidental College! Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for! I have three years of experience caring for children and find their playful energy invigorating. My approach is patient and calm, and I'm known for being friendly and flexible. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and always follow parents' preferred communication methods, providing verbal updates at pickup. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and engaging in arts and crafts. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and pickups. My background includes some college coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE), I have been an elementary school teacher's aid, and have worked various babysitting/nannying jobs. I am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time! I also speak some Spanish. I am eager to learn more about your family and see how I can be a supportive caregiver.
