About Payton

Hello! My name is Payton, I'm 24 yrs old, and I'm super outgoing and enthusiastic. A little bit about me: I graduated in 2023 with a bachelor's in wildlife biology. I've been working in the outdoor and tourism industry as a guide for the past three years so I'm used to keeping up in super high energy environments. Right now I'm looking for something to do during my off month and babysitting is normally what I do during this time. I've been doing this since I was 15 and was a nanny for a family with an 8-month-old and a 4 yr old for a year. I have extensive experience with all ages but 4-8 yr olds are who I've worked with the most. I can definitely be stern with kids when needed to respect the rules set in place for the kids but always ask where I can have leniency. My focus when I'm watching kids is to encourage their creative and adventurous sides. I try to actively engage with them to keep screen times down but respect their personal space when they need it.
