Hi families! My name is Payton, and I've been working in childcare since 2019. I have experience with all age groups, from infants to teens, and I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. I currently work in early childhood education, where I manage routines, support development, and create fun, age-appropriate activities. I'm comfortable with infant care, structured play, homework help, and emotional support. I'm patient, reliable, and love incorporating creative play, outdoor time, and learning into everyday moments. I also assist with light housekeeping related to the children and meal prep. I do have a daughter, who would be with me.
