About Payton

I'd describe my personality as caring, responsible, and hardworking. I like working with animals because I have always felt more connected to animals than people. My pets are my everything, and I love being around other people's pets. I'm looking for a job that I can easily work around my school schedule. I started working with animals when I was 19. I began by pet sitting for family friends and then worked for Rover for about a year before I decided to switch platforms. In my spare time, I like to read, listen to music, watch TV and movies, and do special effects makeup. One thing you should know about me is I take any job very seriously, especially when it involves other people's pets or children. My skills include reading body language of animals and recognizing any signs of distress or discomfort, giving oral medication, and basic first aid.
