Hi, I'm Payton a former 4th grade teacher and current master's student in elementary education, offering full-time nanny and tutoring services for rising 3rd and 4th graders. I don't just just help with homework, but using research-based strategies and real classroom experience to foster academic growth. I begin with a brief academic assessment to identify strengths and gaps, then design personalized mini-lessons, skill-building games, and progress checks aligned to state standards. I also offer emotional support, prepare meals, and enjoy taking children to local parks and outings. I care deeply about children's development-academically, emotionally, and socially-and work to create an environment where they feel safe, heard, and encouraged. Although I'm based in Rahway, I'm happy to travel for the right family.
