Hi! My name is Payten, and I'm a dependable and compassionate caregiver with over four years of hands-on childcare experience. I'm currently a part-time student at Aims Community College pursuing a degree in Radiologic Technology, and I am finishing up my CNA certification. I am CPR, First Aid, and BLS certified, with a strong focus on safety, health, and child well-being. I have experience caring for children of various ages and previously worked for a year as a teaching assistant for young children, where I supported learning, routines, and positive behavior in a classroom setting. I enjoy creating a nurturing, engaging environment while maintaining structure and clear communication. I hold a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation, and offer a flexible schedule.
