Although Payten is a wonderful nanny, she means so much more to us than just that title. Not only did she watch our boys for a year and a half, she took care of them. There is definitely a difference and she, by far, exceeded all expectations. Both of my kiddos have speech delays and are on the spectrum. She was incredibly patient, kind, loving, and most importantly, made them feel safe. She was always intentional in how she spent time with them, challenged them when needed, and championed them when those challenges were met. She has a fun and effervescent personality that children are naturally drawn to, she is creative and artistic, which pairs perfectly with imaginative play, and she is genuine and caring, which is vital in gaining the trust of children. She has a real gift with kids and we feel so lucky to have her in our lives!
