I am a Registered Nurse with many years of healthcare experience and a genuine passion for helping adults and seniors maintain their well-being, dignity, and independence. Although I am an RN by profession, I am not looking for an RN position through Care. com. I am here because I truly want to work as a caregiver. I value the personal connection that comes from getting to know someone, providing companionship, helping with everyday needs, and making a positive difference in their quality of life. My healthcare experience gives me a strong understanding of safety, health, aging, and the importance of recognizing changes in a person's condition. More importantly, I bring patience, compassion, dependability, and respect to the people I care for. I also understand how important it is for families to have someone they can trust.
