I have almost two years of experience with elderly caregiving, but was an elementary teacher for 38 years. I loved my role with children, and now that I am retired I would like to turn my focus toward helping a family care for their elderly loved ones. I do not drive, but have reliable transportation from my family. I am hoping to secure a home care position, but because of transportation I am more than willing (and prefer) to do live-in.
