Hi! My name is Paulina and I am 23 years of age. Please don't let my age scare you! I have been beautifully privileged to work or might I say partner with children in taking care of children ages 1-17. I have been working with children for 5 years and am extremely passionate about collaborating with the growth of a growing soul. My jobs have entailed working with kids who are neurodivergent, inclusive programs that I have developed skill and information on variety of disabilities. Truly I don't see labels I see opportunities and strengths that are so often overlooked or turned down. We all get to experience life and choose with whom. Me, I choose to work with children because they teach me more about life then life itself. Truly children are a gift and I am here to recieve the gift of presence! Alongside working with children, ages 10-17 is such a fun time! Getting to meet growing teens in their own way and interest. One of my biggest assets is reaching people of all ages!
