About Paulina

Paulina has far exceeded my expectations. I have very high standards when it comes to childcare, and she has distinguished herself through both her outstanding performance and exceptional attitude. First and foremost, I trust Paulina with my toddler. I feel comfortable leaving my daughter in her care because I believe she is safe with Paulina—not only physically, but emotionally as well. As a parent, that level of trust is extremely important to me and not something I give easily. One of Paulina’s greatest strengths is how quickly she learns. She is highly receptive to feedback, takes direction seriously, and—most impressively—immediately applies what she learns. The improvement I have seen in her since she began working with our family has been remarkable. She has adapted incredibly quickly and has consistently demonstrated a genuine desire to become better at what she does. She is also excellent with my daughter. Paulina is engaged, attentive, affectionate, and proactive about playing, interacting, and finding ways to keep her entertained and stimulated. My daughter genuinely enjoys spending time with her. Paulina has also been a lifesaver for our family on multiple occasions. She has been flexible, dependable, and willing to step in and help at the last minute when we have needed her. I am genuinely impressed by Paulina and by how much she has grown in such a short period of time. She is hardworking, adaptable, caring, and committed to doing her job well. I highly recommend her and would feel completely confident recommending her to another family.
