About Paulette

I'm Paulette, a compassionate and dependable babysitter with years of experience working in Special Education and English Language Learning (ELL). In my full-time role as a Special Education coordinator, I support children with diverse needs every day -- from those with learning differences to students who benefit from extra structure, patience, and encouragement. I love babysitting because it gives me the chance to connect with kids outside of the classroom, create fun and engaging activities, and give parents peace of mind knowing their children are safe, cared for, and thriving. I have a Dual-Master's degree in Bilingual/Bicultural and Special Education and have worked in Special Education for 9+ years!
