About Paul

I am working as a paraprofessional teaching special needs students one to one. I worked for 10 years as a municipal recreation director which helped me gain an ability to make activities fun. I raised three children, have two cats, and great enthusiasm for history, art, bicycling, and the Mets. I'd describe my personality as curious, caring, and funny. I like tutoring because I learn along with the student. I'm looking for a job that is interesting and that lets me help a student improve. I started tutoring when I was hired as a teaching paraprofessional four years ago. In my spare time, I like to hike, read, and visit museums. One thing you should know about me is I have great enthusiasm for learning. My skills include social studies, reading, and writing.
