He is very dedicated and self-motivated - He sees his career as a calling and works from a place of internal integrity and virtue, ensuring a high standard of care and maintaining and advocating for client dignity and respect. He also curates his care to the specific needs and preferences of the client and family and did not approach any portion of care with annoyance or as if it were beneath him. And he’s very consistent, prompt and reliable in scheduling which was such a huge relief! You really don’t find caregivers like Paul - he is extremely rare. I couldn’t recommend his services more!
