My name is Paul, and I am an early childhood educator by trade, with more than 12 years of experience working in schools, hospitals, and childcare programs. I'm also a proud dad to three wonderful daughters-ages 8, 4, and 5 months. In this season of life, I'm a stay-at-home parent while my awesome wife works full-time. Beginning this fall, I'm looking for a nanny position with a loving family. My 5-month-old daughter will be with me during caregiving hours, creating a built-in social and developmental opportunity for another kiddo. Because of this, I am especially open to nanny-share arrangements and would love to partner with one or more families seeking childcare. Paul truly has a gift in his ability to interact with children. He is patient, creative, understanding, and connects with them in ways that most adults cannot. Our daughter is often shy and apprehensive around other adults, but when she sees “Mr. Paul” she lights up. Paul always understands the best way to communicate with children in many different circumstances. We feel so comfortable when he is with our children.
