My name is Paul, and I am an early childhood educator by trade, with more than 12 years of experience working in schools, hospitals, and childcare programs. I'm also a proud dad to three wonderful daughters-ages 8, 4, and 5 months. In this season of life, I'm a stay-at-home parent while my awesome wife works full-time. Beginning this fall, I'm looking for a nanny position with a loving family. My 5-month-old daughter will be with me during caregiving hours, creating a built-in social and developmental opportunity for your child. Paul was such a blessing to our family! He and his daughter (2.5) at the time regularly babysat for my 2.5 year old son, and it was a true match! Paul is patient, thoughtful and proactive in creating a plan for the day, getting out for walks/activities, and managing the household tasks such as tidying after play and cleaning up after snacks/meals. When our second baby arrived he was incredibly flexible with ensuring our son was still having his routine with Paul and his daughter. Paul was reliable, trust-worthy, punctual and communicative. A true gift for any family!!
