About Paula

Hi! My name is Paula. I am a bilingual Spanish-English educator and caregiver with experience working with children of different ages, including children with autism and developmental disabilities. I am patient, compassionate, energetic, and very responsible. I have experience with tutoring, behavioral support, daily routines, and engaging educational activities that help children learn and grow with confidence. I focus on creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment for every child and family. Families describe me as trustworthy, respectful, dependable, and easy to work with. I enjoy helping children develop communication, independence, and social skills through encouragement, structure, and positive interaction.
