I like caring for seniors because it provides me the opportunity to have rewarding relationships especially since I have no grandparents or parents in my life. I have a plethora of talents I can offer my clients. For almost 30 years I was a graphic designer & marketing professional which makes all computer & digital tasks easy for me. I have experience with medication management, food nutrition, Dementia difficulties and home management. And I'm a great cook! I started caring for seniors when a longtime family friend lost his wife and had suffered a stroke himself. He needed me once a week at first which then turned into several days a week. Our relationship grew and "Mr Jack" sort of turned into the grandad I never had. I miss him everyday. In my spare time, I like to spend time outdoors in nature. I also enjoy gardening & love plants. I'm an artist and enjoy being creative on canvas or in the kitchen. I'm naturally empathetic, positive and solution-minded.
