Paula has been amazing with our two boys (10 months and 5 years) and our high energy dog. I always try to give an idea of what I think the schedule will look like but I love that I can trust Paula to adapt based on the boys needs. She is also able to balance my kids with the dog with ease! My 5 year old had been having trouble with separation and being put to bed by sitters, but lately hes been begging us to go to dinner so he can spend more time playing with Paula.
