About Paula

Initially we were very excited about Paula. She seemed open, friendly, outgoing, experienced, and communicative. She met my mom, took her on a medical appointment, and to coffee. Based on the positive interaction I set up several appointments over the next few weeks. The morning of next appointment, Paula contacted to say something had come up with her FT job and she couldn't handle the appointment for that day. We understood as sometimes things happen beyond control~ that is life. Unfortunately, since it was the morning of, we were unable to give Dr proper notice of cancellation nor did we have a backup plan. Paula also indicated she would be available for a reschedule. We had a different appointment set up a couple days later. Paula was a no call/no show. I reached out to her after the appointment was to have taken place and got no response. I reached out to Paula before the appointment for today so make sure we were still on and again no response. I hate to give anyone a negative reference, but the reality is that she left us hanging three times, put us in a bad situation with three different doctors offices, when really if she didn't think this was the job for her she should have just said that so we could have made other arrangements.
