My two passions in life are children and travel. I'm happiest when working with kids who nourish my soul. In addition to my masters in elementary education, I was founding director of a preschool in northern Thailand for Burmese refugees. I have taken care of children ages 6 weeks old to 12. Since moving to Woodstock over 30 years ago, I have done childcare for about a dozen families. This has included on-going commitments of two or three days a week, to Friday night date night, to occasional work as needed. Currently I care for a 1-year-old when she is at her family's weekend home and for another weekend family consisting of a 6-year-old girl and 3-year-old twins. Both families could provide references.
