About Paula

Hi! I'm Paula, a 23-year-old nanny and social worker originally from the Colombian coast, currently living in Colorado. I have over 4 years of childcare experience with children from 3 months to 5 years old, both in home settings and as part of a nanny share. I'm a warm, responsible, and patient caregiver who truly enjoys supporting children's development through creative play, structured routines, and educational activities. I have experience with infants and toddlers, including feeding, naps, potty training, and age-appropriate learning. My background in social work helps me connect with children on an emotional level and support positive behavior, communication, and family dynamics. I'm also CPR & First Aid certified, a safe driver, fully vaccinated, and bilingual (Spanish, English). I love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids can grow, learn, and feel loved. I'm also happy to help with light household tasks related to the children.
