We are very grateful to have found Paula! She is wonderful with my husband's brother who is nonverbal autistic. Understandably, not all caregivers are fully comfortable with special needs patients as opposed to elderly ones. Paula has taken the time to really get to know T, his moods, and his needs, and she makes every effort to interact with him and try to get him interested in fun things like puzzles (his favorite!). Paula is very kind, punctual and dependable, and we will continue to utilize her in future.
