Compassionate and dependable caregiver with several years of hands-on experience providing daily care, companionship, and emotional support to several family members. Skilled in personal care assistance, including medication reminder schedules, mobility support, meal prep, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. I'm a certified mindfulness meditation facilitator, known for my compassion, empathy, patience, and reliability. For the past six years, I've cared for family members with dementia, Parkinson's, and end-stage cancer. I'm familiar working alongside in-home healthcare, as well as palliative and hospice care services. I've worked with both patients and caregivers as a mindfulness instructor, guiding meditations and mindful awareness exercises for seniors with Alzheimer's and other age-related diseases. This has allows me to stay calm and present, which allows those around me to feel safe and relaxed.
