Since 2016., I have been a caregiver for a C6 female incomplete Quadriplegic, ROM exercises, bowel program, bathing and dressing. Light housework. All transfers in and out of the wheelchair done with a slide board. My daughter was born with a Grade II IVH, acquired Hydrocephalic and is mildly delayed. I had my Mother live in my home (14 years) after a stroke which left her with dementia. My spouse has many illnesses which we have taken care of him at home requiring TPN, IV therapy, open wounds, J tube feeding, oxygen, bipap for sleep apnea, glucose management for Hypoglycemia. Also, I have given injections. In addition to the above, I have 2 clients I am caring for with post op care, including medical transportation and grocery shopping, nail and hair dresser appointments!
