I have 10 plus years of experience working with children in group settings as well as 1:1. I worked at Crittenton hospital for 10 years. Special Needs children are a specialty. I have worked as a both a tutor and substitute teacher in the Shawnee Mission and Hickman Mills school district. I am patient, kind, and encouraging. I am an innovative coach. I am keen at assessing skill levels and thinking of different approaches for the particular student I am working with. It is my opinion that the most important attribute a teacher can hold is the ability to adapt to the ever changing needs of the student.
