About Paula

I'm a mother of three with a healthcare degree and a Child Development Associate (CDA). I owned and operated my own childcare facility for 11 years. I followed and maintained state licensing regulations for my childcare business. I did all of the banking, paperwork, shopping, inventory, stocking, and cleaning. I also interviewed, orientated, trained, scheduled, and supervised as many as five employees at one time. I prepared and served three meals per day for as many as 44 children per meal while supervising as many as 12 children. I developed and implemented lesson plans and early childhood learning activities. I held parent conferences. I am a Better Baby Care and Paths to Quality Provider. I am a very compassionate, caring individual who loves helping and working with others, especially children. I am honest, loyal, trustworthy, responsible, reliable, dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and detail-orientated. I have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbally and written. One of my strongest skills is multitasking. I also have exceptional problem-solving skills. I always strive to exceed expectations.
