About Paula

As a childcare provider with over two decades of experience, and a mother of 6 grown, healthy and successful children, I've had the privilege of supporting families and nurturing the growth of children. My passion for fostering their development stems from my positive experiences in previous nannying/babysitting roles as well as as a certified substitute teacher. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to create a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and building friendly relationships with the children. I enjoy engaging them in a variety of activities outdoors and games that stimulate their learning. With a college degree and certifications in First Aid/Infant and CPR, I ensure that the children in my care are always safe and well-looked after.
