We cannot recommend Paula highly enough! From the moment she joined our family, it was clear that she is extraordinary. With her deep knowledge and experience- including owning her own daycare for many years- she brings not only expertise but also an incredible level of emotional intelligence that has helped our children thrive in every way. She provides structure while still making each day engaging and exciting, always introducing new activities that sparks curiosity and learning. She has a natural ability to tune into children's feelings, meeting them where they are with sensitivity and compassion.
