Paula is my neighbor and she has looked after my children, ages 5 and 7, for a little over a year now. She would babysit for us twice a week until we moved. She has exhibited the utmost professionalism throughout her time with us. She always arrived five minutes before the agreed-upon time which always makes me feel assured. She always followed our instructions (e.g., putting the kids to bed on time, updating us on an hourly basis, etc.). My children enjoyed Paula’s company every time because she really interacts with them instead of just staying on her phone or watching TV. Despite her friendliness, she can also assume the responsibility of being an authority figure in making the kids do what they have to do.
