About Paula

I love working with children because they are constantly discovering new things and learning through everyday experiences. Being able to guide, support, and encourage them as they grow is something I truly value, and I feel grateful to be part of their learning journey. I'm passionate about supporting families and understanding that parenting can be demanding. I believe having an extra set of hands can make a big difference. I've been working in childcare for about 8 years. I started off as a babysitter and became a teacher at a preschool! In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, playing soccer, painting, and doing puzzles. When I'm not around kiddos, I enjoy spending quality time with the people I love. I'm very family-oriented and truly value spending time with my family whenever I can. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and I also have experience using basic ASL. I have a very energetic personality and find it easy to keep up with and engage kiddos throughout the day.
