Paula is an absolute gem. She cares for my 90 year old dad and I can tell you I never have any doubt he is getting the best care with her. She is always always willing to do more than we ask and will offer to help anyway she can. She is in constant communication with me if she notices anything that needs attention. She even spent the entire day in the ER with him while I was out of town. An angel- by far the best!
