About Paula

I am a mature woman who spent 5 years working at a large retirement community in Peabody, MA. My primary duties were to provide all travel opportunities for the residents. It was my goal to offer enjoyable, stress free and safe travel. To insure that, I received training as a First Responder, Certification in Alzheimer's/Dementia. In March 2011, I successfully completed a Certified Nursing Assistant Program. I am currently a certified Home Health Aide (HHA). My attention to detail and safety created a trust with hundreds of residents who traveled locally as well as abroad with me. It also afforded me a very clear understanding of what seniors require in terms of physical and emotional care. My more recent work has been caring for seniors in their own homes. I am trained in medication management, transfers, hoyer lift use, toileting, some OT and PT, meal prep, light housekeeping and doctor appts. I love being in the company of seniors and adding to the quality of their lives.
