About Paula

Hi families! I've been surrounded by kids my whole life, and over the years, my love for working with them has only grown. Since I was young, I've been especially curious about child development-how their minds work, how their environment shapes them, and how education and positive parenting can build a better future. I'm very active and love planning fun, enriching daily activities like trips to parks, museums, libraries, and more. I also value quiet indoor time for bonding and creative play. Respectful and open communication is a top priority for me as a nanny. I became a full-time nanny in 2021, though my experience started long before. I've cared for kids of many ages, often together, including most recently a newborn and a toddler. With time, I've become more confident and skilled in managing different developmental stages at once.
