About Paula

Hello! My name is Paula, and I am 43 years old. I have 25 years of experience working with children, first as a nanny and, for the past eight years, as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. My experience has taught me patience, compassion, and how to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can thrive. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Leadership and will begin my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in August 2026. My goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I have experience caring for newborns, assisting new mothers, and working with twins. I am a non-smoker, have a clean driving record, and love dogs. I would love the opportunity to provide dependable, nurturing, and attentive care for your children.
