About Paula

Nurturing children's growth is a true passion of mine. My previous babysitting experiences showed me the importance of supporting families, so I became a caregiver. I have three years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11, but I am most comfortable caring for one child at a time. I have a graduate degree. I am patient, creative, friendly, and approach childcare with a calm demeanor. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I follow the parents' lead on household rules and communication preferences. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. I speak both English and Spanish.
