About Patty

I'd describe my personality as fun, energetic, and kind! I like working with kids because children are the most honest of people and they keep you humble. I always wanted to work with children because I want to make a difference & be a positive role model in their lives. I started working with kids when I was 20 I had my first full time nanny job. I went on to do preschool work, teaching an outdoor educational summer camp in Colorado for preschoolers, I worked in the special education department at Falmouth High School, & had a full time nanny job again for a family I still do overnights for once in a while. In my spare time, I mountain bike, fly fish, hike, engage in nature walks, swim, etc. I am also artsy and am incredibly creative! I like to engage in all of said activities with my 9-year-old when he is with me! I also enjoy spending time with friends & I love to read. My skills include patience, empathy, & creativity.
