I am committed to fostering a warm, nurturing and encouraging environment for children, while working closely with their families and programs to ensure that all needs are met. Both of our kids immediately warmed to Pat. She kept them engaged and active during the day. Our kids are on consistent schedules and Pat was quick to learn their routine and schedules and ensured that they were maintained and followed. The kids love being outside and one of their favorite things to do is go to the local park with Pat during the day. Pat was consistent with her schedule, on time, and flexible if I was stuck at work a little late. We are going to miss having her here every day with the kids - she has become such an integral part of their lives.
