Patrick has been a blessing, our daughter (a toddler, she's 21 months now and was almost 17 months when he started) adored him from the start. He has an uncanny ability to connect with little ones, I've never seen anything like it before - it's downright magical. He's patient, kind, and a great communicator. Patrick is about as dependable as it gets and he's got a fantastic sense of humor and work ethic. We feel very safe with our daughter in his care, and he does great with feedback.
