Tricia nannied for our family for almost six years and we watched our children flourish under her care. She's great at caring for children of multiple ages (newborn, toddler, preschool and school) and as they continue to grow. She proactively looks for opportunities to take the kids on fun field trips and outings around town and finding creative ways to engage the kids based on their interests and activity levels. She also does a great job of recommending new activities/supplies/outings that she thinks will provide the kids with a new way to play and was great at communicating to us whenever a situation arose with a child. Tricia loved our children like her own and our kids LOVED Tricia!
