Caring for others is more than a job for me; it's a calling. With 10 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I bring a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to senior care. My background includes specialized experience in I. C. U., Med Surge, Alzheimer's, Neuro I. C. U., and live-in care. I am adept at handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes and adapting to changing routines. I am trained and certified in CPR and First Aid. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and hospice services. I also assist with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I always prioritize understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history, and I communicate with families using their preferred method. Though I was close to finishing my nursing degree, caring for my mother showed me where my true passion lies.
