Trish has spent the last 9 months with our family caring for our now 20 month old son. On top of caring for him in our house, she also made him lunch, snacks, kept his play area clean and organized and handled our 2 crazy dogs on top of it all. We all have absolutely loved the time we shared with her. She's always on time, super attentive to our little guy, is a master at nap time and age appropriate play. She was flexible when our schedule needed to change last minute and gave us ample notice when she needed off outside of emergencies. Because of her background working with kids with special needs, she was great at identifying areas where our son needed extra help and was happy to provide support. He lights up when she comes through the door every morning (excited to see what snack she's brought to share with him) and he runs up the driveway after her car when she leaves. I can't express enough what a positive influence she has been for our son. If our boy wasn't starting day care I would want Trish with us always. When we need childcare in the future, she will be the first call we make. She has truly become part of our family and I couldn't recommend her more.
