About Patricia

I'm upbeat, compassionate, and enjoy connecting with people through conversation. I love talking about current events, history, food, music, and books. Caregiving is more than a job to me--it's personal. In 2020, I began caring for an elderly neighbor, and that experience changed my life. Soon after, my mother developed dementia and my father, a retired CCPD officer, was diagnosed with cancer. Helping care for my own parents has shown me how much families need someone they can trust to treat their loved one with patience, dignity, and genuine kindness. I understand how stressful this time is- seen the great and the bad of this field -I've been there. I'm looking for a flexible position with good communication. My greatest strengths are compassion, dependability, preparing healthy meals, encouraging hydration, and making every senior feel safe, respected, heard, and truly loved.
