I worked a lot around the seacoast and 19 years at Portsmouth Hospital. I bring compassion and a detail-oriented approach to senior care. My goal is to support well-being and independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I provide respite care, transportation, personal care, and more. I communicate through daily reports, texts, or phone calls, always following your preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. CPR and First Aid Training are current. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
