We absolutely love Mrs. Pat. She was with us for a year and would still be with us, if I hadn't decided to stay home with the kids. My children are 12, 9 and 20 months, they not only loved her, they respected her. Mrs. Pat is very reliable, always on time and was great with getting the children to and from school. The kids were well taken care of and never had to worry when they were with her. She even helped out with light housekeeping things which was HUGE. I was very sad to have to let her go and would hire her again without hesitation.
