I hired Patricia to watch my 10 month-old. Patricia was very friendly and had good communication. Unfortunately, reliability was an issue. I hired her to work M/W/F. She worked her first day on a Friday but called in sick the following Monday and Wednesday, and then called me Thursday saying she was quitting. Her reasoning was I have a 4 year-old son and she didn't want to be around "school-aged children" because they would get her sick. She left me vulnerable with no nanny.
