With over 15 years of experience in childcare, I've honed my skills in creating a nurturing and safe environment where kids can thrive. My patient and calm demeanor allows me to connect with children of all ages, from toddlers to preteens, and I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. My educational background includes some college coursework, and I've completed First Aid Training to ensure I can handle any situation that arises. I'm an excellent communicator and keep parents regularly updated about their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls. I also respect the parents' preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a gentle but firm manner. I believe that consistency and structure are essential for children's well-being.
