About Patricia

I have over 10 years of experience working with children ages 1-13 as a babysitter, swim instructor, classroom assistant, behavior technician, and now a special education teacher. I hold both a B. A. and M. Ed., and I'm passionate about supporting each child's unique development. As a behavior technician, I helped children build social, communication, and daily living skills in a supportive environment. In my current role teaching grades 4-5, I provide small-group instruction in reading, writing, and math, tailoring lessons to each student's needs while supporting their emotional growth. I value strong relationships with families and believe in open, consistent communication. As a caregiver, I'm patient, attentive, creative, and fun! I love planning crafts, outdoor activities, and engaging experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and joy in learning.
