I hired Patricia to care for our daughter for a year and 9 months (from 6 months to 27 months old). Patricia was amazing and is part of the family. The most important thing for a caretaker of your child is that it's someone who keeps them safe. Check. Patricia is a dependable caretaker who takes good covid precautions, is a good driver, and made sure our daughter was safe. Secondly, you want someone who shows your child a lot of love. Our daughter always asks for Patricia (even now that we've moved). She loved having her around, and the two got along very well. Patricia is a native Spanish speaker, and for those in Urbana's Leal school district, she can help your child with the Spanish immersion program immensely. Beyond that, she's trustworthy, she worked extra hours beyond what was required, helped a bit with housework. I would have no hesitations recommending Patricia to anyone.
