Trish has been the most perfect caregiver for our now 15 month old for the past year. We were so blessed to have her as our nanny, especially as first time parents; there truly couldn’t have been a better nanny. Trish has an extensive record of experience as a child caregiver, which I valued above everything else when thinking about choosing a nanny. Her experience was apparent, as she always had solutions and options to try when we faced new milestones. Not only did this benefit our son, but we were able to absorb this wisdom as new parents. Sometimes I wonder how our first year as parents would have gone without Trish! I loved that she kept detailed notes about what her and our son did during the day, what he ate, and any important details so I could reference those things when I finished work. She sent me photos and videos everyday which I treasured greatly. Trish picked up items during outings that I did not think of getting or that we needed at the house for our son. She always practiced safe driving, had a car seat properly installed in her vehicle, and used sun/weather appropriate clothing for our son during outings. I trusted her fully taking my son places, which was a big deal for me as a first time mom. My son seems to have excelled at each milestone without issue, thanks in part to the age appropriate activities and guidance Trish would provide each day. I was always impressed to see what new skills he picked up each day! There was literally never one day that Trish was late; she was actually always early so we could chat about the coming day. If I had any input, Trish listened and accepted graciously and often offered wise guidance in return. I would always hear Trish and my son laughing, babbling, and singing throughout the day, which made me smile even though I couldn’t be there. If I hadn’t have made the decision to become a stay at home mom, we would have DEFINITELY asked Trish if she could stay with us longer! Trish means so much to our family and has meant so much to our son this past year; I shed many tears thinking about her not being there everyday! Trish is a once in a lifetime person and nanny.
