Hi, My Name is Patty, and I have more than 30+ years experience workin with newborns, to families with multiples. I've held many positions from traveling, to staying in their home when on business, to full time weekly child care. You wont need to micro manage me, I am reliable, vigilant, I will co parent your children, as though you were there. I will keep the same structure, rules, and manners that you have instilled, and if they are newborns as they grow I will follow your lead, and give advice only if asked. Each family has different expectations I am very adaptable, and can follow instructions. I don't believe in TV, I like structured time, if age appropriate setting up play dates, to help with socialization skills, library time, etc etc. I hope you are able to get a feel for my style, and we can continue the conversation if you think I would make a good fit with your family.
